The How Are You Doing? app began with one simple question: What would a mobile mental health app look like for everyone, regardless of mental health issue?
From that simple question, rose this endeavor to create something for everyone to approach their mental health the same way they would their physical health – with honesty, a lack of fear, and empowerment.
We’re in the early stages so far, but we’re excited to be on this journey, and hope you will join us, either as a beta tester, supporter, or user of our app!
